User account

Registration allows you to write into this web site and activates several other functions, such as "new" tags for new messages.

To register, follow these steps:

  1. Fill in this form; click on: Create new account
  2. Check your email for a one-time login link and a temporary password, which is instantly sent. (If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your junk mail folder—spam filters sometimes get carried away.)
  3. Click the one-time link in the email. Change your password. (If you don't change the password now, you can still use the one listed in the email and change it later.)
    4. If you get an Access denied error, wait for approval, which can take a day, then try again.

If you later lose or forget your password, click on: Request new password, then check your email again.

Another user cannot obtain your email address, unless you actually send him an email through his contact form.

Account information
Spaces are allowed; punctuation is not allowed except for periods, hyphens, and underscores.
A valid e-mail address. All e-mails from the system will be sent to this address. The e-mail address is not made public and will only be used if you wish to receive a new password or wish to receive certain news or notifications by e-mail.
Personal information
Please enter your real name, given names first, family name last. It will be visible to registered users.
Please enter your sex. It will be visible to registered users.
Please describe yourself, what you do, and what you're interested in. This will only be visible to registered users. It is not visible to anonymous users and therefore also not to search engines. Therefore spam links have no effect.
